CCS Catering is a family run business owned by Sue Black and Clare Dixon. Between them they have over 35 years experience within the catering industry, covering all aspects from fine dining to large wedding receptions.
Sue has various culinary qualifications and Clare has a BA (Hons) in hospitality management. Clare also holds an advanced food hygiene certificate, to ensure that all food safety specifications are met.
With the partner’s knowledge and vast experience they offer their customers the freedom to create a menu individual to them. Offering advice and assistance to ensure that all their customers needs and requirements are met.
CCS has had the honour and privilege to provide catering for many special occasions, including a visit from HRH the princess royal.
