CCS Catering is a family run business owned by Sue Black and Clare Dixon. Between them they have over 40 years experience within the catering industry. Sue has various culinary qualifications, used to working in industrial kitchens, catering for large numbers. Clare holds a 2:1 BA (Hons) in hospitality management. Clare also holds an advanced food hygiene certificate, to ensure that all food safety specifications are met.
Sue and Clare are extremely proud of their fantastic team. Their team of staff offer a professional, friendly service and they all share the passion for producing fantastic food with a superior service. With the teams knowledge and vast experience they offer their customers the freedom to create a menu individual to them. Offering advice and assistance to ensure that all their customers needs and requirements are met.
CCS has had the honour and privilege to provide catering for many special occasions, including corporate events for HRH the princess royal and The Countess of Wessex. Also, catering for the BBC, ITV, RDF television and Middlesborough Football Club, to name a few.
